We are drivers for OTR, local, and regional transport. You must have a valid CDL, two years of experience, and be at least 23 years of age.

Quality Transport offers great benefits and bonuses:

Base Pay: $0.45 CPM

Guarantee: $1000 Minimum Weekly Guarantee for 2,500 miles per week (must be available for work 5 of 7 days/week)

No NY City/ No Canada

Home Weekly

Drive Bonus (1): 37,500 miles/13 weeks $0.02 CPM for all miles run – CRITERIA: 1. No Accidents or citations. 2. No motorist complaints. 3. No verbal altercations at a dock, weigh station, dispatch, etc.

Drive Bonus (2): $500/Quarter for responsible driving – CRITERIA: 1. Speed Control – <70 mph 90% of miles driven 2. Idle Control – < 32.5 hrs. per quarter 3. Harsh Stop/ Harsh Acceleration Control – < 2x per quarter

Drive Bonus (3): $100 Inspection Bonus – CRITERIA: Paid for Clean Inspection – Driver & Equipment

Advancement Opportunity: $0.01 CPM pay increase for every 125,000 miles run

Additional Bonuses: Recruiting/Referral Bonus – 90 days Accident/Incident Free = $1000 (new drivers must name when applying)

Sign on Bonus = $250 after 30 days/ $250 after 6 months/ $500 after 1 year.

Seniority Bonus = At 5yr. $100/ 10 yr. $200/ 15 yr. $300/ 20 yr. $400/ 25 yr. $500 + gift selections

Profit Sharing = Divided amongst all employees at the discretion of Management.

Additional Benefits: Paid $180/day for Holiday & Vacation Days.

Paid Vacation: 1 week 1st year cumulative 1 day/60days and 1 week 2nd year after the anniversary date. 2 weeks after two years. 3 weeks after seven years. 4 weeks after fifteen years. Can accrue 1 week and carry over one year.

Paid Holidays: Six Holidays Plus two floating paid days off. Holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day

401K Plan: After 90 days employee is eligible to participate in the Quality Transport Company 401K plan. Company matches employee’s contribution up to 3%. Company matches ½ of the next 2% of employee’s contribution to a maximum match of 4% for an employee’s contribution of 5%.

Health Insurance Plan: Quality Transport Company offers a comprehensive health insurance plan to employees including health insurance, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, AD&D insurance, and options for family participation.
